Machine Overview

This machine is made by introducing foreign exquisite coating machine technology and combining its own experience in producing coating machines for many years. This machine uses two coating methods: comma blade coating for adhesive tape coating and reticular coating for silicone oil coating. It is widely used in the production of aluminum foil tape, Kraft paper tape, BOPP tape, release paper, release film and other coating products.

Machine features

1. The entire machine is controlled by a 5-speed variable frequency motor, and the tension (unwinding, coating, traction, and winding) of the machine is automatically controlled by a Japanese Mitsubishi PLC system. It is controlled and displayed through a human-machine interface touch screen to improve the reliability of the tension of the machine.

2. The form of the feeding rack is a hydraulic lifting single station, which adopts magnetic powder automatic tension control.

3. The clutch adjustment of the comma scraper roller adopts a pneumatic swing arm type, which is equipped with a micro adjustment device for control. The thickness of the glue is controlled by a feeler gauge.

4. Anilox coating method: the coating scraper shaft uses heavy type double shaft mechanical independent swimming, the scraper adjustment mode is manual and pneumatic, the angle can be adjusted at will, the coating amount depends on the Anilox mesh line, and different coating amount can be replaced with different Anilox mesh line.

5. The oven is 18 meters and divided into 9 independent temperature control sections. The heating adopts thermal oil circulation heating, with hot air entering the drying system and an adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device. The inlet and exhaust wind forces are strong, and the drying is thorough.

6. The guide wheel inside the oven adopts active synchronization with the host, and the transmission adopts synchronous belt wheel transmission to reduce material stretching and deformation. The cylinder top opening oven and film piercing operation platform make it easy for operators to work.

7. Coating roller - The tension in the middle of the traction steel roller is synchronized using a floating swing arm type and automatically controlled by PLC

9. EPC alignment machine is used for deviation correction, in order to ensure the neatness of material winding.

10. The key type inflatable shaft is used for retraction and retraction, for the convenience of loading and unloading operations.

11. High precision upward pressure traction device, steel roller cooling using water circulation, through the cooling roller to make the film smoother, more scraping, and achieve better cooling effect.

12. The form of the material receiving rack is a hydraulic lifting single station, and the winding adopts a variable frequency motor. The vector frequency converter is controlled by a PLC computer system.
